“We have a very pleasant stay here with our two dogs! The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the towels were very fluffy. They also left 2 big bottles of water on the table. The hotel is really quiet at night and we slept well. TV didn’t work, but not really a problem for us. They offered free stay for our pups and free parking on site, which was very handy. They offered a good selection of buffet breakfast, and the staff were friendly, and left us to do our thing. One staff at reception did not really speak English but managed to understand one another. One thing that might be a bit worrying is that our room key can also be used to open the main door, so I’m guessing it’s the same key for all other guests? Meaning it’s the same lock for all the rooms maybe? The hotel is a 10 mins drive to Koblenz and has a great view of the river. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.”
